Forgot password

If you forget your password, go to the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the bottom of the login.Enter the email with which you activate the account and click on the ‘Send code’ button. Then check the inbox (or SPAM) of the email, you should have received an email with the verification code (it must have 8 characters).In this window you must enter the verification code that arrived in the mail, in addition to your new password which you must enter 2 times to confirm it. When the data is correct, the ‘Change password’ button will be activated, which you must click on.

Sim Cards

Regist Sim card by ICCID

To regist a sim card the user must tap on the button ‘ICCID’ in the box of Register by.A new page will open where the user must choose the service account and enter the ICCID of the sim card (this code only contains numerical characters).When the code is correct and a service account has been selected, the ‘Register’ button will be unlocked to which the user must press.

Regist Sim card by Phone number

To regist a sim card the user must tap on the button ‘PHONE’ in the box of Register by.A new page will open where the user must choose the service account and enter the Phone number of the sim card (this code only contains numerical characters).When the code is correct and a service account has been selected, the ‘Register’ button will be unlocked to which the user must press.

Details

This tab shows the following information:

The green box shows the amount of data consumed.
The red box shos basic information of the Sim card (IMSI, MSISDN and ICCID).
The blue box shows the information of the plan to which the sim card is associated (Name of the plan, description and cost).
The yellow box shows the connectivity information of the sim card; In this box we can observe the connection status of the sim card (ONLINE or OFFLINE), the network in which it is located (G or 4G), the country and operator where the sim card resides.
The orange box shows the Endpoint the name and the IMEI with which the sim card is associated.

Buy packages

In this tab the user will see all the packages available for purchase. The packages show your name, code and cost.

To buy a package the user must choose one and press the corresponding ‘buy’ button. If you have a discount coupon you must enter it at the top of the tab and then press the ‘buy’ button. In both cases a confirmation of the purchase will be requested

Location

In this tab the user will see all the location packages available for purchase. The packages show queries, code and cost. To buy the package the user must press the ‘Buy’ button.

If the user already has an active location package, the map and the ‘search’ button will appear.To check the location, the user must press the ‘search’ button. Note: The sim card must be activated and connected to the internet.

Settings

In this tab the user has the following available options:

In the red box is the option to activate or suspend a sim card. To perform any of the 2 options the user must press on the ‘Activate’ or ‘Suspend’ button.
In the orange box is the option to restore the connectivity of a sim card. For this, the user must press on the ‘Reset connectivity’ button.
In the blue box is the option to purchase a extra number (ENUM). the user must select the number and press the ‘Buy extra number’ button.
In the yellow box is the option to rename the current ‘Sim card name’. For this, the user must enter the desired name in the field and then press on the ‘Update’ button.
In the green box is the last operation that is to remove sim card. To perform this operation you must be certain that the sim card will not be reused since it will become obsolete at the time of finishing the process. To delete a sim card, the user must press ‘delete’ button and a pop-up window will appear with the following confirmation message.

Trips

Create trip

To create an trip, the user must press the ‘create’ button at the top of the screen.

In the new window, the user must select the destination country, the start date and the SIM card. Then the user must press the button to search for packages and the packages available for purchase will appear. The user must move the ‘Select this’ slide to select the package. To finish the user must press the ‘Create’ button.

Edit/Cancel Itinerary

To edit / cancel an itinerary the user must press the itinerary in the list. For this case we will choose the one from Colombia. Note: Only the start date of an itinerary can be edited.

To edit the start date, the user must select a new date in the ‘new start date’ field, then press the ‘save’ button
If you wish to delete the itinerary, the user must press the ‘cancel’ button in the lower right part of the screen.

The process of editing / canceling an itinerary must be done 48 hours in advance.

Payments

Recharge with PayPal

In this section the user will be able to see the information of the payments made (green: recharges, red: payments in app), the status of his account and will have the options to recharge by PayPal and Stripe.

A new window will open where the user can see the Paypal logo. To recharge the user must choose a tariff and then press the ‘MAKE PAYMENT’ button. This action will redirect the user to the application that PayPal provides its users to make payments. If the payment is successful, you will return to the application and a message of ‘Payments successful’ will appear

Recharge Stripe

To recharge through PayPal, the user must press the ‘Pay’ green button just below the Stripe logo.

A new window will open where the user can see the Stripe logo. To top-up the user must choose a rate, then they must enter their credit card information: Card number, CVC, ZIP Code (this fields is optional and depend on credit card type). To end the user, press the ‘MAKE PAYMENT’ button. If the payment is successful, you will return to the application and a message of ‘Payments successful’ will appear.

See details of payment

To see the details of a recharge or payment the user must click on the item in the list you want to review. In this case we will choose the first item corresponding to a USD 500 Stripe recharge.

To see your Stripe invoice, just press the ‘see invoice’ button and it will open in your premeditated browser. In the case of PayPal, the user must go to the PayPal page and enter their account. This invoice will be found in the Invoice section.
